The Foundation is governed by eight (8) Trustees. Each Trustee shall be an active member in good standing of a Lions Club in good standing in the District from which he/she is elected. No more than one Trustee shall be elected or appointed from any zone of the district. If any Trustee shall cease to be a member of a Lions Club from which he/she was elected or appointed, or cease to be a member in good standing, his/her term of office shall thereupon cease and the office will be declared vacant by the President of this Foundation.
Elected Trustees shall serve four-year terms, which shall begin on July 1st next following their election. No Trustee may serve more than two (2) consecutive terms or the major portion thereof.
